Objective: Our objective was to identify a new location and negotiate favourable Lease terms for our client which would meet the requirements of the business into the immediate future. Our objective was to negotiate the lowest possible rent whilst maximising the incentives and assistance from the Landlord.

Result: We achieved a total saving of $293,193 over the 5 year Lease period, plus several other beneficial Lease terms.
