Objective: Our objective was to negotiate favourable new Lease terms for our clients’ hair salon at Byford Marketplace, which would meet the requirements of the business into the immediate future. Our objective was to negotiate the lowest possible rent whilst maximising the terms from the Landlord.

Result: We achieved a total saving of $12,668 over the 2 year Lease period plus a beneficial option with the Lease term.

  • Net rent saving: $3,898
  • Rent free period valued at $8,770
  • Lease Term 5 years > 2 + 3 years
