Objective: Our objective was to negotiate favourable new Lease terms on our clients’ existing site at Gymea, which would meet the requirements of the business into the immediate future. Our objective was to negotiate the lowest possible rent whilst maximising the incentives and assistance from the Landlord.
Result: We achieved a total saving of $26,250 over the 3 year Lease period plus several other beneficial Lease terms.
