Objective: Our objective was to negotiate favourable Lease terms for our clients’ existing clinic which would meet the requirements of the business into the immediate future. Our objective was to negotiate the lowest possible rent whilst maximising the incentives and assistance from the Landlord.
Results: We achieved a total saving of $16,472 over the 5 year Lease period plus other beneficial Lease terms.
