Objective: Our objective was to negotiate favourable Lease terms for our clients’ new location, which would meet the requirements of the business into the immediate future.

Our objective was to negotiate the lowest possible rent whilst maximising the terms from the Landlord.

Result: We achieved a total saving of $26,758 over the 5 year Lease period plus several other beneficial Lease terms.
